露头区综放工作面玄武岩含水层出水原因分析及对策

Analysis of the water causes and countermeasures of full mechanized caving mining face in the shallow coal seam outcrop area

摘要: 以内蒙古多伦协鑫煤矿白垩系煤层浅部1709-1露头区综放工作面涌水事故为例展开分析研究,以钻孔资料为基础建立地质模型,综合分析了工作面开采对含水层的影响及覆岩破坏特征,查明了出水水源和导水通道,明确了出水是由于井田边界煤层露头区处工作面基岩厚度薄,导水裂缝带波及到工作面上方的玄武岩弱含水层,并由边界强富水性侵蚀带补给造成的。此外,提出了露头区浅部工作面水害防治综合对策,制定了防治水安全措施,为工作面安全生产提供保障。

Abstract: Analysis based on the water burst accident occurred on cretaceous shallow coal seam of 1709-1working face of Duolun Xiexincoal mine in Inner Mongolia province, geological model is set up on the basis of borehole data, comprehensive analysis of the impact of mining working face of the aquifer, and find out the source of water, through the analysis of the characteristics of strata, we studied the causes of the formation of water channel, and confirmed the cause of water breakthrough that is the working face bedrock thinner thickness in coal seam outcrop area, as well as water flowing fractured zone affected to the basalt weak aquifer above the working face and supply by the border of strong water erosion. According to the actual situation proposed countermeasures for prevention and control of water disasters in the outcrop area of shallow face, and formulate measures for prevention and control of water safety, provide the safeguard for secure mining.
